    We have rented through this realty company for a couple months now, and they never get their work done when they say they will. I had a bad feeling about them from the start because we had trouble moving in at first. To name a few: * When we looked at our future home, the maintenance guy had said they would clean the place up before we moved in, and they didn't. * There are countless things that haven't been fixed that were promised to be fixed before we moved in, also including things that have gone awry since we've moved in. * We had to pay a deposit to get the water turned on, which was not discussed before moving in. * No one ever calls you back when they say they will, so you have to continuously stay on their hide to get an answer back, and typically they don't have an answer the first couple times because they were "just about to find that out for you" Needless to say, I am very disappointed in the company. I don't know how they stay in business.

    Mike is great! I have used him for years for tax prep and consulting on different tax issues boht for my personal taxes and my business. I moved from Corsicana years ago but have continued to use Mike McCoy. I consulted with CPA's in Austin but never thought I got the professional expertise and knowledge that I did with Mike.

    They don't return calls promptly or at all. They don't respond to emails promptly or at all. Very slow title work. Immense amounts of exceptions to coverage on their title policy's. Not professional.

    I come from a different perspective, I actually marketed a service that helps families wrap up all the Estate and financial issues for free to Corley Funeral Home. (everything from fraud protection, to stopping junk mail to dealing with pensions and social security) Most Funeral Homes I talk to are only concerned about price and their bottom line. Ron's response was "Clearly families need this help and if they need that help I want to make sure they get it." His only concern was for the family and making sure they are taken care of in every way. It is a great way to run a business and a great asset to the Corsicana community.
